Recently, Wang Hanlin, general manager of China Railway No.15 Engineering Bureau, came to the job site of Hengyang-Yongzhou part of Hunan-Guizhou Reconstruction Project, and deployed the start of this project.
This railway whose over length is 13.5 KM begins at Hengyang ,Shandong province and ends at Santang city. Its total expense is 1.4 billion RMB.
